I am a Chicago-based cartoonist and illustrator, born in a rural Missouri farm town. I’ve been exposed to art through my comics and pop-culture-loving stepdad. After graduating from high school, I received scholarships to enroll in a BFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where my primary focus is on young adult comics and print media.

The rural farm land followed me into the city and inspired earthy environments and visual themes of nature. Other themes common throughout my practice are darker visuals and topics of traditional and untraditional grief. My work has been shown in a local exhibition, Meditations, and I’ve also sold comics and prints through local art sales.
